[KDE/Mac] making applications "launch in the foreground"

Well, it happens for me when I start the laptop. KDE’s window management starts to show the desktop, opens all previously running  applications and e.g. terminal windows for me. While being busy with this procedure the network manager realises that it needs access to kwallet and shows it’s application window behind all the others.
