[KDE/Mac] Thoughts on standard directories in Qt5 - QStandardPaths

Hi all,

I’ve noticed that there were still some problems with my QSP patch for the case
that the XDG vars aren’t set. I’ve committed a fix in [1].

This does not concern Scarlett's OSX build slave or my OSX/CI system, though,
as the vars are always set there.

P.S.: Tonight my OSX/CI system has built (including tests) for the first time
      ECM, Qt5, CMake’s latest RC3, KF5 FWs & apps within ~6 hrs in one go.
