[KDE/Mac] [kdelibs4] KDE drag'n'drop on OS X

Hello, 

As for me, I never noticed this variable. However, I assume that it is off by default, as I don’t it is set in any place to my recollection. It is thus not sure of how well this works, and which exact functionality it provides. It does not appear anywhere in kdelibs4’s code, for instance.
