[KDE/Mac] Konsole is missing?

Hello, 

The port for Konsole should be available in Macports upon sync. 

Concerning the icons, I noticed that this behaviour is greatly application-dependent. Typically, applications such as kstars, gwenview or kile have an icon. 
From what I could see in install logs, it depends if an icon of the correct size (according to the installer) is available. If not, it is not installed in the application bundle. 
However, if you launch the application in Mac, the Dock icon should have one either way.
