I'm afraid I don't speak Portuguese (and I'd imagine most others here
don't either) but here's what Google Translate said you said:

The code for KDE/Mac is available in the KDE Subversion (and now Git)
repositories. It's the same source as KDE on Linux, just CMake will
choose what sourcefiles are built.
