[KDE/Mac] macports taglib-devel uses https://svn.kde.org instead

This seems to be a problem with the taglib-devel macports package. It  
uses the developer svn.kde.org address instead of  of svn:// 
anonsvn.kde.org. This is a problem for either users who are not kde  
developers or for developers who use the svn+ssh://svn.kde.org address  
instead of the https:// address.

Any chance this can be fixed? I can't see a reason not to use anonsvn.
