Are you sure that was what I have to do?
qcgs-computer-batc:~ janus$ sudo port -f uninstall installed
--->  Deactivating apple-gcc42-devel @5564_0+darwin_8

--->  Deactivating cmake @2.6.2_0
--->  Uninstalling cmake @2.6.2_0

I uninstalled the gcc we are testing!
