[KDE/Mac] Compiling KDE on mac

Hi Guys
Can someone point me to instructions how to compile a KDE app on mac.  
I successfully installed the KDE4 (base QT support and 4.1.2 app from
http://mac.kde.org/?id=download).
I am trying to install  the following (pretty specialized) KDE app  
called Klusters
http://klusters.sourceforge.net/

but configure fails with the following message:
checking for kde-config... not found
configure: error: The important program kde-config was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.

I cannot find KDE condig anywhwer
