[KDE/Mac] Solid on OS X

Hi,

below is a patch for an IOKit based implementation of Solid:

Currently, only CPU and NetworkInterface are supported, but every device
can be cast into a GenericDevice, which will list the raw IOKit properties.

P.S.: A kde-mac section on reviewboard.kde.org would be nice
P.P.S.: Maybe the SoC proposal can be renamed to "finish the solid
backend for OS X"?
