[KDE/Mac] how to install lokalize in Mac OS X Tiger

Hi,
I'd like to install lokalize in Mac OS X Tiger. I've installed Qt, Base
System and KDE Support but I don't know what else I should do now.

Where can I download lokalize from? How do I install it?
