[KDE/Mac] identi.ca saves the day.

Caught up with mattr on identi.ca a few days ago and bugged him about
Bug 175938.
The result: new Platform entries on bugs.kde.org. There are now
sections for "Macports packages" and "Mac OS X disk images".
Any binaries downloaded from mac.kde.org should have Mac OS X disk
images selected as the platform.

Actually I updated the information on the site a bit too over the
weekend. Deleted references to old packages and whatnot.

Speaking of the site, anyone want to redesign it before 4.3 ?
