[KDE/Mac] What is the suggested KDE distribution?

Definitely.  It makes more sense to fix CPack's deficiencies than to
reinvent the wheel every time we do a release.

I hacked up the stuff that makes the KDE/Mac packages myself, and it's
hack upon hack upon hack.  I'd love to just tell cmake: "hey, make me
packages."

For those that don't know what we're talking about, there's talk on the
kde-buildsystem list about putting together proper CPack packaging
definitions for KDE (and in the process, identifying any deficiencies in
CPack and fixing them).
