[KDE/Mac] New Packages. Almost, but not quite KDE 4.1.2 universal.

I did not consider it. My ultimate plan (yes, there is a fiendish plot
behind all this) is to lay the groundwork for others to join in and
contribute to KDE/Mac. With all the pain and suffering of setting up
and build environment already done, anyone can join in and build the
minimal deps and package they're interested in and thereafter maintain
it.
This, among other things, make the quality of the packages much
better, as the person doing it has a vested interest (in theory
anyways) .
Also, doing this will remove the burden/bottleneck of only one person
providing packages and generally make things move along more smoothly.
So to make this clear, it's not as if I can't provide more packages,
I'm just not. /My/ interest begins and ends with Amarok. As I was
always bugging RangerRick for (and receiving) help getting it to build
on OS X in the bad old days, I feel this is but one way I can give
back to the project. As a bonus the project will benefit far greater
than if I alone were giving back. It's like herpes, the gift that just
keeps on giving.
I haven't quite gotten things to where I'd like them to be. I still
need to blow away macports (accidentally done yesterday anyways) then
redo the whole thing over, and then provide clear, concise
instructions to follow.

However. I will consider adding more packages to the kde.pkg based on
demand. KTorrent (for reasons I can not fathom) is one which is in the
pipeline, as it was/is a popular request on IRC. I'd also like to
finish up everything here
http://mirrors.isc.org/pub/kde/stable/4.1.1/src/ (minus
kdeaccessibility, kde-l10n/ and extragear). My current bias against
packaging kde-l10n simply has to do with me not knowing what to do
with it, so if someone could tell me...
