Now that I've got the hard part done I can use my Tiger machine and
*try* to do 10.4 universal packages (which should work for everybody).
The thing is I think that I'm going to run into problems with
universal builds of clucene pth gpgme boost boost-jam and exiv2 again.
Oh yes, and when I compiled clucene 0.9.20 as a universal package it
compiled fine. After running into some problems while trying to
compile a universal strigi package I found out that clucene was
actually intel only. Can anyone confirm this. Compile clucene with the
+universal flag and after installer check with lipo
lipo -info /opt/local/lib/libclucene.dylib
I get "Non-fat file: /opt/local/lib/libclucene.dylib is architecture: i386"
