Yes, as long as DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH and DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH aren't
set.  Fink is in /sw so it purposefully doesn't get in the way of normal
system stuff unless you "opt in" to it, and (almost) all OSX binaries
contain the full path to the libraries they were linked against, so the
only way to have the wrong library load is to have something that's
overriding it.
