it is not upgrade.
I have installed
1) Qt
2) kdeprereqs
3) kdesupport
4) kdelibs
5) kdepimlibs
6) kdebase

how to look if the stuff is missing  from kdeprereqs ?

I have re-installed kdeprereqs; it don't run.

looks like you're missing the stuff from kdeprereqs.  Was this an
upgrade from the old KDE/Mac packages?  If so, did you install
kdesupport first?

Either way, if you reinstall kdeprereqs, that should fix this issue.
