[KDE/Mac] KDE 4.1 / Mac Binary Packages anyone?

hello!
i don't think that anyone has yet built them; but i believe that they should
come out soon

to the packagers: would it be possible to have Kile packaged as well? it's
one of the main reason for installing kde on mac and it's somewhat annoying
to compile it after a 3 GB download!
