[KDE/Mac] problems on 10.4.11 PPC

Hi to all I downloaded these
kde.mpkg       kdebase.pkg    kdelibs.pkg    kdepimlibs.pkg
kdeprereqs.pkg kdesupport.pkg qt.pkg
and I installed all them with kde.mpkg
Installation ended succesfully.
Unfortunately konsole is useless since it doesn't open any terminal,
just a balck window with a stuck cursor. Dolphin and konqueror and
kwrite miss icons ...
Moreover when I try to quit console I have to force the quit all the
times. Quitting works fine for instance with kwrite.
Did I mistake something? why there are no icons? and why konsole
doesn't open  a terminal?
