[KDE/Mac] macports portfiles updated

I've moved the portfiles to be hosted on github and I've fixed  
everything I know how to fix.

I'm now using 2 branches.

The first uses the kde4.1 release tarballs from kde:

http://github.com/iggy/macports-kde4/tree/4.1-release

The other is using snapshots from kde's 4.1 svn branch:

http://github.com/iggy/macports-kde4/tree/master

If you go to those url's there's a button to download a tarball of the  
git repo if you don't have git.

I may also start working on a branch that tracks kde's svn head (4.2)  
if there is interest.

As always, let me know if you have any problems.
