[kde-linux] about GIMP with Drawing Tablet in KDE4 BUG

[筑波大学梯子制造系毕业生]

I using KDE4 desktop

when i switch to virtual desktop #2（GIMP window in virtual desktop #2）
my Drawing Table mouse is not working... but if i switch virtual desktop to #1
（and move GIMP window to virtual desktop #1） Drawing Table Mouse it's Working！

PLZ FIX（if it's not problem by kde or GIMP well... fine...）

my tablet hardware id:(from lsusb)
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 5543:0081 UC-Logic Technology Corp.

my linux and kernel:
Opensuse 13.2 with Linux version 4.0.4-1-default（kernel）
