[kde-linux] Kget "My Downloads" [Is this MS Windows?]

I find that KGet still has the permanent group: "My Downloads" with an
inappropriate icon. Although the icon can be changed, the group cannot
be renamed. I also find that the default: "Regular expression" is:
"*movies*". Also, although the: "Default folder" is the KDE Downloads
Path, that does not show in the box.

After looking at the code, I find that it has additional problems as
well as the need to use KDE and XDG defaults to conform to what the user
has selected, so for now, I just changed it to use what I find suitable
defaults.

I have to say, that this code needs some redesign work. Hacking is not
a good design method. You really need to design before you code.

It is the classic example of what I often say that the coders certainly
know more about C++ coding than I do, but, unfortunately, the do not
know enough about programing and program design. I still see beginners
tricks in the program which take longer to run, use more space, and are
subject to causing bugs. I would be happy to give them some advice, but
I understand that self taught hackers resent someone that went to
college and studied CS and possesses knowledge and experience from using
computers since you had to punch holes in those damn cards even if it
isn't what they consider merit.

Or, another way to look at it is the Japanese way. Which is that it can
always be improved and always should be improved.
