[kde-linux] KDE-4.8 BRANCH C# bindings

I finally managed to build all of KDE-4.8 but had some problems with the 
C# bindings.

I had the qyoto and kimono modules in:

/usr/GIT/KDE/kdebindings/c#/

and the CMake scripts for them failed due to the "#" in the path. 
Perhaps the problem was due to missing quotation marks, but replacing 
"#" with "sharp" fixed that problem and the qyoto module then built.

However, although that fixed the one problem, the kimono module still 
failed to build with an error stating that it could not find: 
"qt-dotnet.dll".  After some checking, it appears that the kimono module 
has a circular dependence on itself.  There is clearly a serious problem 
in the CMake scripts.  Yet another quality control issue.
