[kde-linux] LCD weather widget not finding noaa stations

I've gotten the lcd weather widget to start working again.  While trying to
find a replacement I tried Yawp (Yet Another Weather Plasmoid).  I couldn't
get it to work either BUT the lcd weather widget can now access noaa and
accuweather stations.
