[kde-linux] PCM is gone

But it was easier, I just quit kmix, removed ~/.kde4/share/config/kmixrc,
adn when I restarted kmix, the PCM device was back at the available
channels, and I could drag it to the displayed channels.
Sorry again for being so unspecific in the first posting, and thanks for
