[kde-linux] Folder View Settings

I run KDE 4.6.00 (4.6.0) release 6 under OpenSuse 11.4

This morning something went wrong with my 8 desktops, i.e. their 
settings have been exchanged cyclically. I repaired the desktops, 
trying to set up the state they had had before, i.e the Location 
/home/wolfgang/Desktop for all of them and an individual background 
color for each of them.

Now, I have a problem with one of these desktops: by right-clicking 
on an empty field, a shorter context menu appears than the normal 
one, but still containing Folder View Settings as the last item.

By clicking on Folder View Settings, a window appears that contains 
two items only, View and Mouse Actions, whereas the other three 
items, Location, Display and Filter, are missing. So I have no 
possibility to define a Location for this desktop.

Is there any remedy or workaround?
