Yeah, now it works....

Found in Systemsettings-Multimedia a device 'default' which I never saw there 
before. Pushing this device on top of the list (before the HDA NVidia-devices) 
brought back systemsounds and amarok.

Thankyou for your help, don't know what really was wrong but now it works 
again ;-)
