Been using Arch + KDE 4 since KDE 4.2. Not one issue (with KDE 4.x). Right now
I'm using KDE SC 4.4.1.

Previously I ran openSUSE and had lots of problems with KDE 4.2 (problems
which didn't appear with Arch). Seems openSUSE's got KDE SC 4 ironed out, but
can't say for sure, haven't used it since.

Happily using KDE 4.4.1 :)
