Been using Arch + KDE 4 since KDE 4.2. Not one issue (with KDE 4.x). Right now 
I'm using KDE SC 4.4.1.

Previously I ran openSUSE and had lots of problems with KDE 4.2 (problems 
which didn't appear with Arch). Seems openSUSE's got KDE SC 4 ironed out, but 
can't say for sure, haven't used it since.
