[kde-linux] GTK apps vs Oxygen icons

I have a strange issue. I opened GNOME Control Center and make a custom
theme in the: "Appearances Preferences" dialog with Oxygen icons and
colors and fonts to match my KDE-4.3 settings. This works fine till I
start the KDE X Session again. Then GTK applications revert back to the
defaults until I open the GNOME Control Center and that dialog again.

I get this error message:

WARNING **: key not found [/apps/control-center/cc_actions_list]

when I open the GNOME Control Center with a command line in a Konsole.

I checked and that file doesn't exist -- have no idea what it does.
But, I doubt that that is the problem.

BTW, it would be nice if there was a place to select these GTK option in
the KDE System Settings.
