[kde-linux] Locking widgets doesn't work correctly

ah yes -- found it, thank you james

the art is in finding a spot on the taskbar to right click on 
that doesn't give a context menu for a running application -- 
easy enough to do if you close all but one or two apps, but it 
only seems obvious after you've found it once
