[kde-linux] Logout Confirmation Disable

Where can you do this in Classic Menus? When I click logout in the menu, I
want to immediately logout, not have to wait for a click in another
microscopic popup window first. In Kubuntu Karmic's 4.3.2 I can't locate much
of anything I used to be able to easily find in KDE3, including this.
