Run "find ~/.kde/ -name plasma*" and delete whatever it returns.
Could be "find ~/.kde4/ -name plasma*" - don't know if Fedora uses .kde or 
.kde4.

DISCLAIMER: Not tried and maybe it will screw it up even more.
