[kde-linux] kopete and jabber

after upgrade to slack13.0, Kopete is not connecting to gtalk.
it outputs the following message:
SSL support could not be initialized for account x... at gmail.com. This
is most likely because the QCA TLS plugin is not installed on your
system.

While the qca tls package in slackware/extra is installed.
