[kde-linux] Custom launcher on KDE4 toolbar?

OK.  Try this:  Go here:

https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-linux

Scroll down to the bottom where it says this:  kde-linux Subscribers. 
Right below that, just put in your email address and click the little
box to unsubscribe.  Since I don't want to unsubscribe, there may be
another screen to check whether you want to edit or unsubscribe so just
follow those instructions.  You may also get a email where you have to
reply to confirm you want to unsubscribe.  Some of this is to make sure
you are who you say you are.  Otherwise, anyone could unsubscribe
someone else.  If you get such a email, just follow the instructions. 
Usually, you can just hit reply, then send it without changing anything
at all.  You should get one more email that confirms you are
unsubscribed.  After that, you're done with KDE, the list anyway.
