It is the User-Agent fault.

KMail preserves only PGP part of signature, while Thunderbird (no SeaMonkey 
here) deletes signature and leaves the rest in tact. It obviously consider PGP 
as the last possible text in the message.

is the last in a list email, and it is ignored by Thunderbird.
