[kde-linux] Changing keyboad layouts

I have defined 2 different keybord layouts.
One particular application (dosemu) needs the second one.
I have set the layout to track the application, it works ok.

The problem is that after booting, the application's keyboard is 
un-configured.

I have to open that application, select the layout, close the 
application again... then it works fine. (it has to be set when starting)

The QUESTION is: is there a way to configure a particular layout in the 
script that calls that aplication? And only for that one?
