[kde-linux] kwifimanager crashed

Well, many distros such as Mandriva, SUSE,
OpenSUSE, PLD, ATLinux, RHEL, StartCom, WhiteBox
and others include it as part of kdenetwork.
Fedora stopped packaging it into kdenetwork since FC9
Last fedora support was in FC8 and provided in the package
kdenetwork-extras-3.5.8-4.fc8.<arch>.rpm
