[kde-linux] Fedora 10: Does KDE support Xinerama or Dual independent Head monitor configuration?

I am using KDE 4.1.2 that comes with Fedora 10. Do you know what is the state of multiple head support on this version? Does it support Xinerama and Dual independent head (non-randr)?

How to update KDE version with fedora 10?

KDE 4 currently supports Xinerama mode (I'm using it). Aaron is currently
testing code to fix Dual Head properly and it will be applied as a bug-fix to
4.3 in the next month or so all going well.
