[kde-linux] add menu to the plasma panel?

Hi all;

Can I add a menu (as opposed to a single item/program) such as the openoffice 
menu (including all the openoffice programs) to the plasma panel?  

I'm running Fedora 10 x86_64 and KDE 4.2
