[kde-linux] In KDE4, to set a different background for each of the multiple desktops

Heh, heh! In KDE 4.4 you can do that and a lot more. The second beta was
just released. When the final release comes out, I think you'll be pleased.
Beta 2 is still a little buggy, but the outlines are clear.
