[kde-linux] Regnerating /var Icon Cache?

You could try touching the top level icon directory /usr/share/icon and/or the 
icon-theme.cache file in there.

Can't remember which one is used as an indicator to rebuild the cache.

Alternatively, removing the cache directory have the same result.
