Even better, Nokia put it under LGPL, so they've only made it even more open 
since taking over.  And there's always the legally binding pledge to re-
licence under BSD if they were to ever take it closed again.  This myth's been 
a dead donkey for years.
Not that they take it closed again, Nokia realise that a Free development 
platform that runs everywhere is more likely to attract app developers to 
their phones and so make more money.
