You don't download them yourself, you need to add the repositories into Yast 
and allow Yast to sort out the dependencies, do the downloads, and install 
them for you.

The easiest way is to follow the instructions on the wiki at 
http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/KDE4 and use the 1-click install link 
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.1/KDE4-
