[kde-linux] Keyboard-Mouse Navigation

With all my rodents caught in various traps or eaten by local felines, I have 
been using the keyboard mouse navigation. One can, indeed, do a lot in this 
mode, if less conveniently.

Some questions:

1. The dead-key (num-5) is the click. It gets toggled by the num-/ and num-- 
to left and right button functionality. Is there any way to dedicate a right 
button instead of using this?

2. How does one drag with this?

3. They  keyboard has a mouse symbol on the  num-lock key. Relevant (I have 
not noticed any difference)?
