it's been there for quite a lot but there hasn't been a real release.
so if you want to use it you'll have to go to here
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/extragear/multimedia/k3b/ and get from
there (it's not difficult to get a svn manually and on kde.org there's
an how-to) and get it. then you'lljust have to do a cmake <options>
(indicated in the how-to), then make and then make install and you'll
have the new k3b working.
