[kde-linux] No Help Feature in Kontak 1.9.10

Hoping for help on this one as well.

When pressing F1 or selecting the help button I get the following message:

"Could not launch the KDE Help Centre"
"Could not find service Khelpcentre"

I've looked in the archive files but couldn't find anything that seemed to be 
related to a help function.

Does this mean that the relevant files were not downloaded or is help only 
available online? - I didn't want to fiddle too much - didn't want to break 
anything!
System in use is Ubuntu 8.04.
