[kde-linux] how to create contextmenus ?

Hello Mailing List,

I use KDE 3.5 with kubuntu 8.04.1 .
I wan't to add a new entry in the context- menu of kde and/or konqueror 
(Best with a small icon). After a click on this entry a shell script 
should be executed.

It would be very nice if someone could told me which files i have modify 
to realize this.
