[kde-linux] unable to launch kio_http as non-root user

Hi all,

Sorry for potentially a trivial issue, but I can't get Konqueror to load a
URL as non-root user on a fresh install of Fedora 9 (with default KDE
packages). The error is: "kaluncher is unable to load kio_http". Root seems
to work fine, so I assume it's a permissions twiddling thing. This install
has SELinux on it, but disabling didn't seem to have any affect on this
error.
