[kde-linux] Konqueror: Named anchor in <pre> element not working

Since you have a test case, it might be best to add it to a bug report on 
bugs.kde.org (or create a new one).
You can also post to kfm-devel (the Konqueror/KHTML mailinglist) but I am 
quite sure they will tell you to file a bug report as well :)
