if when you try to launch command by right clicking on your desktop and
then launching kwalletmanager (and checking in the options that it isn't run
in background) then you should be able to see the dialogbox for the
password.
if it still doesn't show up then try running killall -9 kwalletmanager from
a konsole and try again. if this still doesn't work then you'll need to
reinstall kwalletmanager and reconfigure it.
