i'm on kde 4.1 on gentoo and dolphin looks like the one you shouwed up. but
also the preview looks the same as your preview. maybe you should have the
same picture for both the way you think it should be and the way you see it.
in this particular example you should take a screenshot of a dolphin image
and see if it's the same as the dolphin image you've posted.
